'S' is for Sarcoma Challenge

Do Your 'S' for SARCOMA

People from all over the world plan Team Sarcoma events in their own communities with the common purpose of increasing awareness about sarcoma and supporting sarcoma research, clinical trials, and patient and family services.

We invite everyone around the world to participate and

"Do Your 'S' for SARCOMA".

This is not a traditional event, but is something

anyone can do when they have a moment . . .

contemplate the power of many moments added together . . .

to increase sarcoma awareness around the globe. . .

Register - Everyone must officially REGISTER to be a part of the international count (the goal is 20,000 worldwide for 2010!) :

You will be mailed a "Sarcoma Knows No Borders" bracelet to be worn in

unity with other teams around the world.

(Please consider a donation of $5 per bracelet to the Kids with Cancer Society).

Ask others to join &/or support you in doing the activity (make sure to register everyone if it is a group activity).

Wear your 'Sarcoma Knows no borders' bracelet as you Do your 'S' is for Sarcoma Activity (wearing the bracelet ties the participants from around the world together - a part of the International Team Sarcoma).

After your activity email pushingthecure@pigeonlakepedal.com with a photo of the participant(s) . . . to have your photo appear in the Photo Gallery and have an opportunity to be featured on the International Team Sarcoma website -

The goal is to have 20 000+ participants in events around the world in 2010 helping to raise awareness of SARCOMA and raise funds for research . By participating in one of the Do Your 'S' for Sarcoma activities you will contribute to the worldwide success of the Team Sarcoma initiative .

Please encourage family, friends, schools or businesses in your area to support your efforts by sponsoring you with a tax deductible donation to the Kids with Cancer Society, Team Sarcoma (Click here for sponsor/donation form and link to secure online donation to the Kids with Cancer Society) , a sarcoma group in your own community or the organizer of this worldwide effort - the Liddy Shriver Initiative.

Donation to the Kids with Cancer Society, S is for Sarcoma will support childhood and adolescent diagnosis, treatment, family support and research into sarcoma.
